Is sportsmanship more than shaking hands at the end of a game? List a few other ways we can be good sports while playing games of any kind? Give me some good answers and there might be something in it for you!
Educating, motivating and building character for almost 20 years, I am the technology coach/integration specialist and teach 3 periods of grade 8 science at O’Neill Public Schools.
My teaching and coaching career began teaching grades 5 and 6 in a combined classroom. From that position I moved into a full time special education position at O’Neill Public Schools which I did for 2 years. For 5 years I taught Title I for grades 7, 8, and 9 in Math and English. For seven years I served the district as elementary PE teacher.
I am currently in my 4th year of teaching 8th grade science and my first year as a technology coach/integration specialist in a Mac 1:1 environment which is in its 9th year. I look forward to the new challenges ahead.
I have 3 amazing children, Emily (16), Claire (14) and Drew (9). When not coaching one of their events, I truly enjoy watching them participate in all of their many activities!
In my spare time..... when I’m not traveling or supporting my kids, I love to spend time working and playing in the outdoors at our ranch with family and friends.
